All NatureHeroes barefoot shoe models can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C on a gentle program without any problems.
ATTENTION: We recommend removing the laces when washing and cleaning them separately by hand, otherwise they could fray due to their special material!
Is it possible to wear the barefoot shoes with socks?
Yes, that's completely up to you!
Of course, the basic idea behind the shoes is, as the name suggests, to wear them without socks - but you can still enjoy all the health benefits of barefoot shoes with socks!
The only thing that can be weakened with socks is the barefoot feeling itself.
